The TM-6912-49 DVF is quality unseen from an analogue camera. Using the latest Pixim Seawolf sensor, the camera delivers the industry's highest resolution at 690TVL giving crystal clear images that accurately capture every aspect and detail of any scene.

 

Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) is now a thing of the past. With the newly developed Ultra-Wide Dynamic Range from Pixim, lighting is not an issue being able to see up to a phenomenal 120dB. All critical details are accurately captured, including highlights and shadows without compromising image quality or colour accuracy. Examples below shows the affect that Ultra-WDR has on an image.

Furthermore, the camera gives enhanced low-light performance with truly outstanding 690 TVL picture quality so that nothing is missed in the dark, requiring just 0.1 Lux of illumination (0.01 Lux with Slow Shutter Speed) to produce colour images. Examples above show how much clearer images are at night, especially that the camera can read car registration plates.  

The superior anti-noise technology gives you a clearer, noise-free image in low-light conditions whilst also drastically reduces storage space and transmission size. Coupled with 3D-DNR (3D Digital Noise Reduction), noise is further suppressed. These powerful technologies perform a pixel-by-pixel audit of the pictures which check for any anomalies, thereby rectifying them giving a fantastic Signal-to-Noise Ratio (S/N Ratio). An example below shows the affect that noise can have on an image.

Using the camera's joystick, you can control the camera's full configurable settings, including: back light control, day & night, AGC, noise reduction, auto iris, white balance, and more. This extends the possibilities to optimise every single camera for each position in your set up as every position/location has different lighting conditions.

A high quality camera needs a high quality lens. We've chosen the outstanding 4-9mm Korean Daiwon Varifocal lens with DC Auto-Iris. An Auto Iris lens continuously samples the amount of light hitting the image sensor and opens/closes the iris accordingly. This is extremely valuable in settings where light levels are constantly changing. Additionally, the Varifocal lens allows you to adjust the zoom and focus.

A disadvantage for a camera which is used outdoors is that it will lose the natural day colour as it will pick up the IR emitted from the Sun. As a result, we've developed a mechanical IR-Cut Filter (ICR) which filters out the infra-red daylight to give you a natural daylight colour. When the illumination lowers, the ICR will automatically open allowing more light to enter so that you have total night vision.

The 3-Axis gimbal allows the camera to be moved in any direction, making installations simple and easy. The camera can also be wall or ceiling mounted.
